Instant death upon logging in?

I just came online to play where I left yesterday, about an hour ago I logged in to an EU server Im not sure about the exact name but I think it was something about SE/Sweden?

ANyhow, I logged in to Stary Sobor Supermarket, where I left off. I spawned normaly but I immediately experienced huge FPS drop or lag, like never before anywhere. I was moving like 3 frames per second, so I though what the hell, I am going to disconect and join again. So I moved my charcater i nthe back rooms of Supermarket, next to the wall and those lockers, facing the doors and logged out to server lobby, connected again and as soo nas I came in, it was liek 2 seconds and died on the spot. There was nobody around, no bleeding, no shots, nothing, I just died by spawning. It never happened to me and it sure is irritatingsince I had everything on that character. Just to ask, is it possible ot revert my character status, so I can play where I left off, without haivng to make a new char and go through all teh hassle? I had a bunch of high level loot that I just got from a chopper site today, I was in the supermarkets looking fot camping tents...

This happened to me. words cannot describe....

What happened: I logged on while prone near a tree. I instantly heard bones breaking. I did not fall, i was not shot, i simply rolled over and died within 1 SECOND, literally 1 second, on the server.

DO NOT LOG ON TO SEATTLE 11. I don't know what's going on, but something is not right with it. i had so much freaking crap on me, sucks sucks sucks.

please look into it devs or whoever looks at this kind of stuff. i'm just getting into the game, and have been doing well, but broken servers that insta kill you are a big deal breaker if this becomes a common thing. or, maybe it was someone hacking, who knows. not my place to figure it out. but please, do something about it.

and in the meantime, STAY OUT OF SEATTLE 11 for the love of god!
