Backup storage files acces allowed ?

Are we allowed to choose a backup of us storage file? (2 days back or more)
Can we make a save of the stored file on his server to can use the best storage file for backup after a crash of our server?

I'm guessing this is to prevent the save game-mentality where you will load a storage file up in case you die or get robbed. The providers regularly do their own backups of your storage file so you will be able to load the backup if the current file gets corrupted.

Okey,
But I don't understand why in case I die or get robbed on my privatehard server I'm not allowed to restore the detail I want.
We pay 88Euro for a private server, its us server and its us problem if we lose players on US server.
Gays want to control us life and money... ? (It's still a game guy and we pay the high price)
