Thats pretty much the story!

Any insight into this without having to uninstall PR would be much appreciated.

Uninstalling it is my last resort.

If PR works as normal mods, then it shouldn't permanently affect the server browser. What may have happened is your filters were changed. Go to the filters option in the multiplayer menu (server list) and reset them too default. Then if you want, just filter mission by 'DayZ'.
