Blurred Graphics...Help?

Okay, I haven't played DayZ SA in almost a year. I'm aware that there was a blurry vision bug that could only be fixed by going in a certain menu and then backing out. But this is not that. I have a high end PC, and it would not be the cause of this issue, which is this:

 

The graphics, in game and even on the main menu are blurry and/or distant. Like when you stare at a computer screen while trying to go crosseyed. That is what it looks like. Changing the settings only makes the graphics worse and get pixelated. I've looked everywhere for a solution for this, but I can't find one.

 

Any help?
