Possible to Remove Letterboxing?

I am running at 1920x1080 interface and 3D output on a Samsung Synchmaster T240 16:10 native monitor.

 

I've tried in video options the 16:9 and 16:10 and have letterboxing ~1/2in. on top and bottom of Display.

 

I have tried the monitor option for image size set at both "auto" and "wide"  but no difference.

 

The letterboxing doesn't show up in the screenshot I made in fraps.

 

Since I never played a game in that resolution before I dont know if this is normal. Maybe someone can help?

Maybe you should try to set game resolution to native resolution of your monitor. If it is 16:10 display, it has probably 1920x1200 resolution.
