Servers with persistence

Hey lads, i've got a few questions.

 

I havn't played for a bit so i wonder, do tents still reset every wednesday? if yes, is this the case for private servers too? Is persistence even working on private hives?

Im asking because im looking for a server to settle down, make a camp (that i dont have to re-do every week) and enjoy the peaceful life of dayz.

if somebody could recommend me such a server, this would be great.
