Loading problems

My game takes a while to load up at times before it comes to the Play button screen I get a black screen with a loading mouse pointer.

When I quit the game I get a random colored screen with a loading mouse pointer also, is there a fix for this?

 

I have an i5 processor and a 780 GTX graphics card.
