Stuttering Problem

I know there is a lot of threads for this already but i cant find a solution that works for me! I have a asus g73jh gamer laptop and graphics card is ati radeon 5870. Its stuttering every 5 secs or so no matter what settings i have dayz on. On regular arma 2 in single player there is no stuttering at all.

Ive tried closing six launcher: doesnt work

Ive tried Installing gamebooster: Made Matters worse

Ive tried closing everything in the backround: doesnt work

This problem is frustratingly annoying especially when shit goes down whether a player is shooting at me or a horde of zombies is coming trough the door. Please I NEED HELP!!! any fixes solutions?

u mean starting up dayz with six launcher... ctrl, alt+ delete and then close it.... doesnt work at all

Been trying to find a fix for this for a couple of days now. The only thing i get told is "Your PC cannot run it" even though the spec is far greater than what this game needs to run.
