Arma 2 OA acting weird all of the sudden?

Yo guys my arma 2 OA recently started acting like a bitch.. -_-

When i move around ingame the mouse moves almost slow motion like with a delay of like 1.5 seconds..?

Also if i just open the game with steam and stays in menu it seems that everything freezes as long as i move the mouse around? The mouse is moving but the background movie that plays freezes and i cant press buttons while moving mouse?

Have anyone else ever encountered this problem?

I tried reinstalling the game but with no luck :S

Its only Arma 2 OA i have no problems at all in Arma 2
