Screen randomly freezes, still can move and hear noises

Yeah so the game randomly just freezes people can see me moving and i can hear stuff. this is getting extremely annoying

 

PC specs r fine too

gtx 970

i7 4790k

8gb ram

win 8.

 

anyone know a way to fix this?
