We are a friendly gaming community playing DayZ Mod, ARMA3 Exile, League of Legends among other games.

Absolutely NONE of this is vanilla (except self blood bagginng since 1.8.1).  You should really take vanilla out of the subject line.  It's deceptive and it confuses newcomers to the game.  In DayZ mod "vanilla" refers to the server settings, it's not a designation of what mod the server is running.  The proper term would be 1.8.3 official mod.
