Looking for devs for server with population

Looking for some devs for a server that already has a loyal population. Basically only one coding atm, and could use some help.  Have a great team so far with active admins on server no admin abuse and good population.  Have a great vision in sight and having that extra hand can make it all come together.  Server is pvp oriented set on namalsk overpoch.  Has very dark nights.  We want that feeling you got when you first played.  The fear and anxiety as you moved to scavenge, always wondering if you was in the crosshairs of some sniper on a hill.  

 

Will be implementing cold weather where people will have to start fires to keep warm.  On a dark night server this can be a very risky move, making heat packs useful again.   Server also runs day time with a hue change in sky, to give that post apocalyptic feel.
