Dayz fps drop reloading textures.

okay so the problem is that dayz suddenly starts reloading the textures even i am not moving. thats not the biggest problem. the biggest problem is that it sometimes dont complete the texture loading like i can see trough my charater shirt and trough buildings and my fps drops to 5.usually my fps is over 30+ even in the big citys.
