Really need help getting this game to work.

Okay guys I'm going to rip my hair out it's getting on my nervous really badly, I'm seeking help I tried everything.

Here is the information so we can get straight to the fix basically I'm running Windows XP and I bought the Combined Operations pack on Steam and Installed it correctly everything was fine and I was so happy! but then suddenly nothing is working when I joined servers it said I cannot play/edit, I fixed that error which brought me to the next one No debug menu or any of the players were visible, people told me to run Steam as Administrator and run ARMA as Combined Operations which gave me some sort of a CMD, People said it was a Registry Error so that sucked, I re-installed the game again.. and it was just all the same....

So anyways I bought Registry Easy and deleted ARMA CO again, I fixed my Registry's and now I need help from you guys, what do I do next? Please guide me step by step please on what to download first, what way to run it? Please guys.
