Force feed fire extinguisher

2009 – A 25 year old male brought to the emergency hospital by a rescue ambulance after he swallowed fire extuingisher powder. The patient was found to have swallowed a large ammount of fire extuingisher powder in an attemted suicide. During the transport, the ambulance personnel reported that patient's vomitus contained white powder.

On arrival the patient was alert and awake with a bloodpressure of 124/91 mm Hg, a body temperature of 36.5 °C and with a pulse of 105 beats/min. He was treaded with salina hydration, gastric lavage and O2 supllement....
