No Audio when playing

So I just got the game for my PC and it seem when I launch the game its in-game sound is inaudible, is there a way to fix it? I looked up videos and tried other solutions and found no help. For some odd reason when Im in a chat through steam whenever the person Im talking talks I can hear the games sound but right after they stop talking the sound goes away

Possible Solutions:

 

- Plug in Speakers

- Turn on Speakers

- Turn up the volume

 

 

Possible Real Solutions:

 

- Check the general sound isn't muted

- Turn off "Stereo Mix"

- See if DayZ volume is up

- Check the "mezclador" (that's how it's called here...might be "mixer") on your PC and see that the application (DayZ) isn't muted

- Check your Steam's keybinds to see if somehow you're pressing something

 

 

 

That's all I can think about right now. Hopefully, someone will help you out :)
