Can you help me for persistence?

I get mastershard server from vilayer but i have problem about persistence.When i install persistence on my server ,after auto restarts there is nothing spawn items.I test this like 6 7 time on my server but really doesnt work new items.When i put something house or somwhere after restart this item still there but no spawn fresh items after restart.Only first time when im instal persistence and go server only this time i can take items but after i cant see new items never spawn.This is game bug or server problem?Can you help me for this?

This is how persistence works - restarts will not affect the loot.

persistence = no items respawn on server restart. Instead, persistent servers SHOULD respawn loot from time to time, but right now persistence is bugged and some places spawn loot while others don't so I suggest turning it off for now.

How come?Lets say i go military base and get all items weapons.So i wont go server like 4 month .What will players do on server .They will use only knife or what?What kind of .hit :S

On persistent servers the loot is supposed to respawn automatically as other loot is picked up/leaves server. If the loot is not picked up, it will remain in place indefinitely (or until a storage file wipe, come server maintenance time). However, as the loot economy is bugged (until early 2015), you will soon enough find that some locations have an abundance (A LOT) of loot while other locations seem completely barren. This is why many server owners choose to leave persistence disabled since you're forced to restart the server at least every 4 hours anyway (this is also due to BI restrictions, not your GSP).
