zombie audio reversed/bugged?

having this issue consistently across servers

 

- zombie screams are not directional - zombie is to the right but sound will come 100% in left ear, also turning 360* around will not change the direction of sound at all for zombies, i can't say its like this 100% of the time but ive noticed it at least a dozen times in last 2 days

 

is this a known issue? because when i hear a zombie scream id like to be able to tell which direction it came from
