Straatos 0 Posted December 21, 2014 Hello! I have recently come back to DayZ Mod from a long hiatus since DayZ vanilla and a minor stint in Breaking Point. I am currently located on an Overpoch Tavianna server that doesnt have tanks or high explosives, rocket launchers ect. Currently I have been finding it extremely hard to take down helicopters specifically hueys 1h uh and uh1y. My team and I will attenpt to fly these military helis and getting taken down by better players extremely quickly most of the time in 1 or 2 successful hits. However even when we are getting the jump on other helis we cant seem to do the same damage. Obviously its just a skill level thing but i am looking to improve my gameplay. Does anyone have a picture or tutorial video on taking out helicopter engines and knowing where to aim? Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated. We just don't believe iur aim is so terrible but everyone else has such spot on aim to take us out right away and are looking for the trick to getting better.
