One thing that gets me every time when your health is low from say... bleeding from Zombie attacks. You always run normal but with blurred/grey. I think it would add a bit of realism if you limp/stumble while you are regenerating health. I'm pretty sure if you got the shit smacked out of you by a zombie you would not be running with perfect form.

 

 

I'm assuming this is really just an animation linked with the health system but think it would add a nice touch.
