I saw someone running around with a huge sniper, he fell off the cranes and I shot him in the face with my m1911, went to loot him all happy and he had a PKP with 3 and a "revolver gold"

You must screenshot things like this, and generally just him having a hacked item on his body isn't enough to prove that he spawned them.

Edit: I should also add that you report hackers in the Cheat Reporting Section of the Forums.

I would keep the Revolver Gold...just for sentimental value haha. I'm sure its not more powerful than the original :P
