New Server UK - No KOS without good reason

Hey guys, Just a quick one. Purchased a server for the first time lately. I have gone for a public server with a loose rule set and see how it goes. If it proves successful i will swap to a private shard and create a community website. I'm looking for fair players with all skill types. There is a teamspeak channel associated too. Any suggestions or criticism is welcome. Thanks
