No objects at all

Hello there, this is issue is starting to tick me off...

When I join a server, any server, there are NO objects at all. Not even grass, just a flat world of nothing!

I walked in a straight line for 15 minutes, the entire world looks like this.

I've tried everything I could think, and googled like a madman... No luck...

I've tried re-installing the entire thing, installing the mod in 3 different ways, including the six launcher, I've copied my friends files (they work for him), tried everything on the dayzwiki and many more things... Any ideas? I bought this game to play DayZ, not to get pissed off and having urges to beat someone up...

well you are in the debug plains... (which is basically way way out of the normal map)

solutions:

1) if you dont have any gear worth saving on respawning is probably the best thing to do

2) if you want to save any gear you have you need to run back into the normal map.

gps, compass or map will help you with that.

if you have a compass just run south east until you hit the actual map or a coastline then follow the coastline until you hit the actual map

if you have a map switch to an "easy server" that has waypoints enabled, drop a waypoint on your map (shift click) and run towards it.
