DayzSA Lagging bad with good computer

Water cooled, good temps and everything stress tests perfectly

I have tried everything and have no idea whats going on.

Its just Dayz, I play mod and a little bit of SA. I have a BEAST gaming computer that I built less then a year ago, any game max settings E.T.C. But I have always had FPS issues with Arma and Dayz. I get about 30fps in forests and fields and 15-20 in towns/citys. It sucks but its just shitty optimization on Bohemias end

It's just dayz and old crappy engine and renderer, although they are going to fix it in Q1 2015 with new renderer coming.

I've tried sli, and no sli and still get 10-20 fps in cities and still shit fps up north..

How is it that I see streamers playing with next to no lag in cherno?
