CHODSDAYZ 0 Posted November 30, 2014 hi i have just bought another server with .st, in the control panel it says active but in my dayz commander its just staying red, do i need to do anything? i have made sure that i am running the same software version as my server on commander, unfortunately .st have not bothered to fix their broken chat link via mibbet and i think customer support is a bit thin after looking at a few posts on their fourm Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Check The Logs 0 Posted December 3, 2014 NEVER choose dayz.st, they are the worst! There support is terrible i emailed and waiting in chat for a long time never got one respond, and their server's are always down. I once had a 50 out of 50 player server and it was down for a week, I've had a couple of servers with them and they all went down. Instead choose vert hosting or vilayer, Both are great! CHODSDAYZ 0 Posted December 4, 2014 yes after several attempts to contact them for help and no response i have opened a case with paypal to get my money back (luckily i used paypal), funny how no respose to support but as soon as i raise paypal to customer dispute my account with .st is deleted within hours, EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM DAYZ.ST SERVERS. dont get me wrong the conrol panel and general database layout is very good and easy to use especially for beginners but christ the service is shite! it seems like Ersan has lost interest, even the chat room utility (which used to be very handy) no longer works.i am now hosting with Vilayer, a little harder to use but none the less a great provider, and great customer service withing hours :) :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
