Settings not staying

I recently got a new computer that runs DayZ like a DREAM. But every time I get on and change all my settings around they all seem to reset after I get on later. I never force close it I always go to main screen and exit game. I have edited a few of the DayZ files but put them right back to Read Only after done. Any help will be helpful! Thank you

Hi, maybe check your .cfg to see whether it is write protected?

Right click on the file>properties>check if the option 'read only' is checked at the bottom of the window, uncheck it if so.
