need medical assistance near electro.

I was in electro and I aggro'd tons of zombies so I took a run through the office building to get away from the zeds. I got hit a lot and I barely made it out.

Now i've got 6k blood and since i fell in some water earlier, I lost my backpack and my painkillers. Now I'm huddled up in a barn with a cz that is unusable because i'm shaking, and I need a transfusion, if anyone can help me tell me what server to meet you at and I'll meet you in a location that i designate.

I don't use steam, I use six launcher so I can't invite you to my game.
