Having trouble running this mod

I've got ARMA II, OA, BF, PMC... all of that, and it's on Steam and updated to the current version. I downloaded the file from this website for the mod, put it in the folder C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@dayz\Addons as specified on a tutorial I found. I set the launcher to open -nosplash -mod=@dayz also as specified. When I first open it, it says something along the lines of it needs CABuildlings or something like that, then when I try opening a server up it originally would state something about not having the latest version, but now it just starts to load then kicks me back to the server list. I downloaded the current version and I have all my games currently updated... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Your help would be greatly appreciated as this looks like an amazing mod.
