I am looking for a private server that has a 24/7 up time with low ping vs European players.

try this. mostly english speakers and friendly players. Havent caught a hacker yet.

 

I also tried the roleplay one with 50/50 players but someone hacked me there.

PS: Kill-on-sight aka random-kills are not allowed in the server.

As for 24/7 up time, I don't think that's possible yet.
