How do I Downloda Dayz with Arma 2, Reinforcements? *I have Steam*

You don't need Reinforcements to play DayZ. Only Arma 2: Combined Operations (Arma2 + Operation Arrowhead).

Right click on British Armed Forces or Private Military Company when looking at STEAM library list and click 'Install Game...'

I cannot get Arma 2 through steam, since my Reinforcements Installation Key will not work with Steam, for whatever reason. Is there a way to get it, just not through steam?

Not sure if you can download it from anywhere else. You should have received the download link when you bought the game, so I can't really help you there. You can try contacting STEAM support etc. if it's not working.

Well, I bought the game at Best Buy, its installed and working as it should. But How do I get Dayz, outside of steam? Because I cannot add Arma to my Steam Library, since Arma 2:Reinforcements isn't on the store, therefore the key is invalid.

You don't need Steam, you can use retail on its own. Just follow the guidelines in this thread under RETAIL INSTALLATION section:
