Steady aim while prone

Recommended Posts

Your gun should not be shaking so much as if you were standing if you were prone. However, with a bipod, there should be a reduced recoil

Prone definitely makes you shake less in game, and I'm fairly certain the bipod did the same except x10, not sure about the recoil, though.

It's tough to find a bipod without venturing inland nowadays, which is something I think is for the birds. Bipod's should give you a little recoil reduc when prone and deployed.

And yeah, if you were to go prone after sprinting and brining your rifle up to aim, it wouldn't effect you as much as it does in game. For one, you're probably not going to be just holding the base of the gun like you do now. You'd steady the barrel with a closed fist below it, (like a human bipod #logic) and brace it against your shoulder, which would cause little to no movement *at least not the ridiculous amount we see now*
