Wind and breathing sound volume

Recommended Posts

My suggestion is to reduce the sound of both.

The sound of wind is mostly overbearing. In reality this kind of strong noise only occurs during gale force winds. Seeing motionless trees and hearing sound of strong wind breaks immersion.

The sound of heavy breathing from 1st person is also exaggerated. Should be made quieter IMHO.

Have you tried running for 3 miles with 80 pounds of gear on your back? I have.

Have you tried that while being shot at and bitten?

I havent.

If anything, the breathing isnt hard enough, if I breath loud from my daily run, Im sure it would be louder if I was getting shot at.

And the wind and motionless trees? Graphics bug, they swayed in Arma 2. Also, wind picks up in an empty field and on the beach. Try going outsife buddy :p

Play a female character. The breathing is 2x more manly and annoying. I dare you.

i second this, wind noise is loud to the point of being ridiculous, even inside buildings that would normally be very sound insulating
