help me guys, graphic/lag problem even with r7 260x

When i played dayz, its often for me experienced lags after 5 min, 10 min, randomly. All texture getting worse, my character before the lag was just fine, but when the lag happened, my character body looks like a plastic-human. Please help me. I tried to play around with the video setting inside dayz but the result are same. Below are my pc spec:

-fx 4100 3.6ghz

-Msi r7 260x OC 2gb GDDR5

-window 7 ultimate 32-bit

-4gb ram

-asus m5a78l-m

-cooler master GX 650Watt

I really dont know what else i can do. I just quit dayz and have to restart it back when the lag phenomena happened, and i keep doing that until i fed up. Please help me. =(
