Upon uploading the video, my brother from Stockholm keeps getting the message "This video is not available", but I can watch it just fine. Can anyone confirm whether or not the video is visible/watchable?

PS - I didn't use the [ media ] brackets, cause I want to confirm the video is visible on YouTube itself.

Yea it works might just be disabled in his region.

That's strange, cause all of our videos, we make precisely to watch between the two of us. This is the first time he cannot see a video I uploaded. What's even more stranger is that, during the making of this video I would upload parts of it, different revisions of it (all as private videos) and he could see them just fine. Now that I've uploaded the final version, he cannot see it... I'm uploading from Serbia

 

I thought "region" issue might be the case, but I doubt it. Any other ideas?
