Session Lost On Server Connection

I am having an issue where I can not even join a server. When I attempt to join a server, it says "Waiting For Host" and then kicks back to the server selection screen stating "Session Lost". It appears the BattleEye is initializing properly, but I can not join any server. I have no reason to believe my VAC is banned and I have checked it; it appears to be fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, verified game cache via steam, and deleted the BEclient.dll to try and get the game to connect to no avail. I'm at a loss right now. I will mention that I used to live in the U.S. when I was playing previously, but have since moved to Australia where it does not seem to work any longer. I highly doubt this has anything to do with the issue, but stranger things have happened. If anyone has any information or tips on how I can get back into the game, it would be greatly appreciated.

PS I have looked at the sticky regarding this issue, but it did not seem to offer me a viable solution in resolving my problem.
