Barbed wire abuse

Dunno about you guys but i am sick to the teeth of every building i go in being barb wired off so no one can access the loot, and i mean almost every building. Barbed wire spawn rate needs to be a lot less. People are also using this to farm the "high grade" military camps. Bllocking them selfs in and server hopping to do the same on that server.
