10000 ping, sent to arma main menu after joining

i use Dayz Commander and for some reason every sever i join gets 10000 ping after i leave it and i cant joing back even though the server is still up. And when i atempt to join the 10000 ping server it loads up to the lobby and i can see the players online and then all of a sudden before i can click "ok" it takes me to the Arma 2 main menu where it says expansion and character and all that stuff and it just shows an ocean in the background. So i thought it was something with overwatch so in settings i went to additional launch parameters and typed in "-mod=@DayzOverwatch" and now sometimes the server doesnt have 10000 ping but its very random. I also tried reinstalling everything, i reinstalled arma 2, arma 2 oa, arma 2 dayz mod, arma 2 beta, dayz commander, dayz epoch, and dayz overwatch and that didnt work. then i completely updated everything in my computer, then i tried to verify the integriity of game cache on steam and everytime i do it to arma 2 or arma 2 oa it says im missing a file and then it down loads it and then i do it again and it says the same thing, i also looked at my norton anti virus settings and completely enabled everything on steam and arma so it is ignored by norton. i really dont know what else to do someone please help me i love playing dayz but i never can because of this stupid thing

don't use dayzcommander, it's not compatible with steam.
