AdvancedMember Help Needed

Hello I decided to try out the Dayz mod and like it alot, So I got a server with Vilayer, (Support not so much, maybe my first mistake!) So I got Dayz mod running like its supposed to be with no problems however when I try to add ESS Enhanced Spawn Selection http://opendayz.net/threads/release-ess-enhanced-spawn-selection.19998/

I run into a issue where the server just says wait for host and never moves on. Vilayer has compile built in when you restart PBO compiles the files so you dont need to use PBO compiler.

I did the file edits as needed and as stated in ebays post just wondering if any one here has installed things on there dayz server such as this?

 

Or can ant one direct me to a easier one to install to select spawns and parachute in to the map? Also looking for what to use to have the player spawn with some loot

 

Last thing was the loading screen for dayz. I put it in the servers root and edited the descriptions.ext from loadScreen = "\z\addons\dayz_code\gui\loadingscreen.paa"; to loadscreen = myscreenname.jpg
