White screen when joining most servers?

I have been having problems lately with most servers. I get a white screen after few seconds of game play and have to alt f4 out of it. I have heard its infistar,

but WHY. I didn't hack. AND my friend and I have an awesome base with 50 briefs. This is extremely annoying, any ideas?!

another thing,

Does it mark my IP, cuz I re-bought ArmA 2 combined op. with a new steam account but the same thing happened. DAM waste of money.

But if it does mark my IP, I may have a solution.
