Date/Time: since last week to now

What happened: regardless of how many parts used or the actual status of the vehicle the color monitor is stuck on red or orange.

Where you were: all over the map

What you were doing: repairing my vehicle

*Current installed version: 1.7.1.5

*Server(s) you were on: tx11

*Your system specs: excellent

*Timeline of events before/after error: wheels stayed orange even after 4 brand new wheels. i then placed wheels on all available slots for wheels still orange. decided to shoot out some tires and replace them if that would change it, no go just now my engine fuel and hull are stuck on orange even though they have been repaired.

also windows will show green in the repair menu but will be broken on the vehicle. basically the vehicle health monitor and repair menu needs some work
