problems with day z loading playing everything

i was wondering if anybody could help me with a problem i have on dayz when i logg in ive tried re-installing it 3 times nothing happens so ive tried playing with the configs abit and nothings changeing if you could take a look at my first 3 screenshots on my steam profile and maybe help me out that would be great http://steamcommunity.com/id/joshuawells its when i login the screens bright blue eveything is zoomed in to the bottom right by about 500% i cant move the mouse and i cant read the text of anything including the menu screen

We would need your computer stats to really help you. Laptop or desktop? Processor? RAM? Graphics card? operating system?

 

First thing you should check is that your Video Card drivers are up to date.
