will I lose my tent?

-put stuff in it

-died

-respawned, now back at tent

I know tents are supposed to dissapear 2 days after you get killed but there is a "save tent" option that I used. Does this mean it will last?

Or should I start looking for a new one asap to shift the content to?

Here's how it works, and next time, please look it up on the Wiki.

Save tent will keep the tent exactly where you place it (unless the server bugs and eats your tent). IF you save tent, and die, you have two days to pull everything out and put into new one. (Although it will despawn two days after death anyway)

And don't be sad if you lose your tent one day-you will lose it at some point, remember this is alpha and the servers are buggy.

Correct, except for the two-days thingie. I've died and had my two tents up for about a week now, and still working just fine so it's probably changed in the recent updates.

Not really, I know Wiki is inaccurate, but two days is the deadline if you wanna play it safe, guy above me is lucky.

Nope , happend to me...If you get back and save it after you died the tent will stay there...

Someone will server-hop,find your tent, and destroy it anyway. So tents are pretty useless.

Indeed, tents do stay longer than two days, which sadly doesn't really matter since chances are you'll loose it to bandits ;)
