White sparkly grass

All the grass is filled with little white dots it may be lagging up my game and on top of that it makes spotting things a lot harder is their any specific video settings I can change?

Version of game: Steam

I don't know what beta patch I have if its necessary let me know how to find it out.

I'm using 6 launcher to launch the game.

computer specs: Dell laptop windows 7, 64-bit, model N5110.

If there is anything else you need me to provide let me know I was unsuccessful in finding a forum about this.

It sounds like a graphical issue, what happens if you change your settings? I know my computer displays some weird graphics when set to "Low". But on High none of these issues show up.

quality change didn't do anything.

I can turn anti aliasing off and it fixes the grass but it flashes white under me changing it to high quality didn't fix it.
