[HELP ME] DayZ Graphics/Texture Issue? Buildings, Cars, Etc. Textures Not Loading Properly? :S

So basically the issue I'm having is that textures for cars, buildings, cliffs, etc. arent rendering in properly or so I think. You can see in all the pictures that even at fairly close distances the textures are like blurred or something? Just wondering if this is normal in DayZ because as far as I know this has only started recently happening with me game :/ I have an above average setup although a mid range graphics card (GTX 660) so I dont think its to do with that but might I need to get a new card? Hoping theres some sort of quick fix via tweaking some settings or that its like this for everyone though :P Thanks.
