Change loot piles into context specific boxes/dead bodies with loot on them.

A while back a person by the name of Turkeyburger rattled on and on about bean coasts and loot fairies, before eventually getting banned. Although his ideas were terrible, he did have one good point. It is a bit weird and immersion breaking that loot just randomly shows up in neat little piles, complete with ammo right next to it if it's a weapon. That kind of mess makes sense in a convenience store with a pile of beans sitting next to a shelf, but in the middle of a barn, it seems sort of odd. A farmer wouldn't leave his guns lying on the floor, and a (non player) survivor wouldn't just leave it there either. To me, it would make more sense if weapons were found on dead survivors, and supplies in the cardboard boxes found in hospitals.

My question to rocket is, would it be easy to program this with random loot? Hospital spawns are pretty static, and the boxes tend to actually be a half a dozen clipped inside each other. There are also no real examples of dead bodies with loot on them. Maybe spawn a survivor with random gear, then initiate a kill on it, so it crumples in place? It would be pretty jarring if you're sticking around farming a location, but otherwise should be pretty hidden while doing the initial item/zombie spawns as a player gets near.

I assumed the rifle and beans in the barn was the survivor that was hiding but got eaten or zombified already.
