More Rain Resistant Clothing Ideas

Recommended Posts

I assume the devs already plan on doing this soon, but i would like to see some of these clothes water proof or resistant preferably sooner than later(Mainly because i dont like being forced to only wear gorka and rain coats to stay dry and for realism of course.)

Existing Clothing that should have at least some level of water resistance:

1. Tactical Shirt:

"A lightweight jacket used by the military that is wind proof and water resistant. Features two large front pockets, two upper arm pockets and closable Velcro cuffs." — In-game description

2. Firefighter Clothes:

In real life they are not only water resistant but also fire resistant (mabe you dont burn yourself right away when standing over a fire).

3. Jungle Boots, Work Boots, Military Boots, Combat Boots:

I know my Work Boots(Timberland) in in real life are water resistant.

4. Down Jacket:

Most Polyester Down-Stuffed Winter Jackets are water resistant.

5. Paramedic Clothes: "You will find EMT jackets that are ideal for fall wear, summer wear, and rain wear"

Proposed Ideas for new Rain Wear:

1. Workers Rain Wear:

Common Rain Wear used by constructing workers and people of many other professions Looks kind of similar to the existing Firefight Clothing(Shouldnt be hard to re-skin).

2. Motor Bike Rain Wear:

Commonly used by motorcylcists in the rain.

3. Military Style Rain Poncho:

Would go over other clothes and be storable in inventory.
