Battleye Constantly Keeps Installing and REinstalling

Hey all,

I am having the issue of Battleye popping up in a seperate command prompt and it constantly keeps saying 'Battleye Installing" and then saying 'Battleye installed Successfully,' which sounds great..but it keeps GOING and GOING and GOING.  I uninstalled everything from Battleye to Arma2 and all the Mod and reinstalled everything..and same issue.  My PC recently did a stupid Windows update and I even did a system restore to a day prior..but alas...no luck.  Has anyone ever experienced this? I've run programs as an Administrator, etc and still no avail....and I can't find anything on the net.  Please help!

I have the same problem dude only mine says "failed to install" i've looked everywhere for a week now and nothing its a pain. :/
