I Freeze in the multiplayer setup, but i can move my mouse!?! help?!

i to just bought the MSI GT70 laptop, got it yesterday, I got into a server ONCE and it played phenominal... I left and then couldn't get in another server. I know it's not my computer not being able to handle it, as its brand new, and i already played one PERFECTLY. I looked up in other threads someone said it has to do with one of the network adapters, so I followed what worked for someone else with the same laptop, i have 3 network adaptors however 1)Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230..... 2) Killer e2200 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)........ and 3) Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter.... i disabled the 2nd one the killer e2200, and then i could get in any server i wanted, but it was extremely laggy. Could anyone help?

VGA: Geforce GTX 675M / 4GB GDDR5

RAM: DDRIII 16GB (4GB*4)

HDD: 750GB 7200rpm + 128G SSD(SUPER RAID)

What happens i load up a server, i get into the multiplayer setup and the game seems to freeze instantly, but i can still move my mouse wherever i want, i just cant click anything. So i Ctrl Alt Dlt and it says its not responding so i just end the task, and I know it's not my computer not being able to handle it, as its brand new, and i already played one PERFECTLY.
