Assumptions: - Fresh Spawn - Clothing = Jeans and T-shirt - Weather = Dry - Season = Autumn (Fall, September) - State = Running for 100% of time from spawn until death

I don't think you'd die of hunger after x amount of time. You'd just grind to a halt through exhaustion. You wouldn't suddenly fall unconscious and never wake up.

 

I'm assuming DayZ is going to fix this somewhere down the line, so I haven't voted.
