Persistence servers

Are any of the persistence servers working? i never seem to come across anything like this http://i.imgur.com/z2ZKDVY.jpg

 

I've tried alot of servers and i never find crazy amounts of loot like this, is it still a little buggy or am i just not as lucky as this guy?

I think this is from the experimental build?

Its either exp or server admin abuse.

I don't think they can do that. Or can they?

They could teoretically restart servers multiple times for new loot to spawn, but does persistence mean that loot that is left on the server stays on the server? That would be the only possible explanation, but i don't think it would work so well

A little bit info on menu screen regarding which server are currently fucked (ie the persistant ones) would be awesome, it'll save me spending 20mins trying to find an empty server.
